**SPRING SOCCER UPDATE**
To All Plainville Park Department 2020 Spring Soccer participants and families:
We hope you and your family are all doing well and staying safe & healthy during this time.
For the safety of our players and families, along with the state's recent directive for the schools to remain closed for the rest of this 2019-2020 school year, the Plainville Park Department has made the difficult decision to CANCEL our 2020 Rec Spring Soccer program. This program would have run from May 9th to June 20th. The well-being of our players and our community is our biggest and main concern.
We will be reaching out to any parent/family that has already paid the $70 program fee to discuss your options. Please be on the lookout for a separate email from me.
During this time, as you seek outdoor recreation opportunities, the Plainville Park & Recreation Department requests that you heed all instructions from the CDC and state and local authorities regarding social distancing and basic health precautions.
For additional information regarding COVID-19, please visit www.mass.gov and www.cdc.gov.
We sincerely appreciate your support and understanding. We hope that everyone remains healthy during this unprecedented time.
