High Street will be closed between Hancock Street and Cross Street on Wednesday, September 4, from 9 AM to 2:30 PM for a culvert replacement project. Work may continue beyond 2:30, but traffic will be allowed to alternate directions with police detail assistance. Detours will be set up to facilitate traffic around the project site.
