2011 November-December After School Programs
Co-Ed Floor Hockey
The programs meet immediately after school at the Jackson School gym for grades 1, 2, and 3 or at the Wood School gym for grades 4, 5, and 6. All children participating MUST be registered through the Park Department. Do not call or send money to the school!! Please note that the after school programs do not meet on days when school is not in session or on early release days for in-service, conferences, or inclement weather. The Park Department provides all the equipment.

Register online @ http://www.plainville.ma.us/, click on Department Services, Click on Sign Up tab or sign up in person at the park office. Online registrations are not complete until payment is received. When your payment is received you will receive confirmation that your child is registered for the program.
Registration runs from 10/1 through 10/12.
Space is limited and all programs are filled on a first come first serve basis.
